About me

I am Houdaifa, Self-taught Full-Stack Software Developer from Meknes, Morocco with 5+ years of experience. My path into software was not linear: I started in economics, built online businesses, then moved fully into engineering through client work and self-directed learning.

Growing up and studying in environments with limited guidance taught me to be resourceful early. I learned to rely on first principles, fast feedback loops, and consistent execution instead of waiting for perfect conditions.

Today I work mainly with TypeScript, React ecosystems, Node.js, Python, and Go. I usually own projects end-to-end: shaping scope with stakeholders, shipping production features, and improving systems through automation where it creates real leverage.

I enjoy ambiguous product problems and turning rough ideas into practical software. Over the years I have worked with founders and small teams on customer-facing apps and internal workflows, with a strong focus on maintainability and measurable outcomes.

The way I work is simple: clear communication, strong ownership, and reliable delivery. I am open to impactful engineering roles and focused freelance collaborations where those values matter.
